Shipping & Processing time:  I ship within 1-3 business days.  I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options: I accept Paypal payments, which also allows you to use your own debit or charge card if you do not have a Paypal account. I use this service and do not store or have access to any of your credit card information.  This keeps your payment information secure and this website never receives your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges: I do not accept returns and exchanges.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Privacy policy: I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

If you purchase from both this site or my Etsy site, I am happy to combine shipping costs and refund the difference via paypal.  Just send me an email or a convo through Etsy.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance, please let me know in a note at the time of purchase. If for some reason your package does not arrive, please allow me time to track things down at the post office on my end.  I ship through the United States Post Office.

I may ship your order in more than one box if it is a large order.
